Component 2: Provision of Essential Municipal Infrastructure and Services

This component will help finance larger investments at the municipal level, provided they benefit several villages. The selection of investments will be based on existing Social, Economic and Cultural Development Plans (PDSEC) or any other priorities defined by the municipality. Municipal-level investments will respect the principles of equity, inclusion, accessibility and cohesion. The choice of investments will be made from an open menu of investments, with a list of ineligible investments.
